As the traditional saying goes that “The first impression is the last impression”, so all of us want a stunning personality to leave a mark whether it is any professional deal or an auspicious personal affair. None of us wants to be turned down just because of mere physical appearance. But all dreams fade out when the numbing disease called obesity makes home in to one’s body. And to overcome this daunting snarl, most of us take the help of strenuous dieting plans, which in the long run prove vain. Even after following strict dieting plans, most people often end up accumulating more weight than they have earlier. But this is not then end of the world. Other than just dieting, there is one more steadfast method for fast weight loss that obese and overweight can lean on.

It is none other than wonderful weight loss preparation named acomplia which comes to rescue when deadening obesity becomes a harsh reality for most. Keeping an eye over the escalating body weight, the breakthrough weight loss preparation streamlines users’ body into a perfect shape. Manufactured by Sanofi-Aventis, now it is reigning over the minds of most dieters and also extensively distinguished as rimonabant.

A first in the new class of therapeutics agents known as Cannabiniod-1 Receptor Blockers (CB1), acomplia showers users with quick weight loss results. The marvel anti-obesity drug is laden with active ingredient called rimonabant and recommended to be used in obese and overweight people suffering from type 2 diabetes and have abnormal fat content in the blood. Most importantly, these diet pills also confines the risk of cardiovascular disease.

The premium weight loss pills work by specifically congesting the CB1 receptors which are found in the brain and tangential organs. These CB1 receptors are imperative component of the Enodcannabiniod system, which is believed to have a strong hold on appetite and energy flow. Thus by blocking up CB1 receptors, rimonabant notably assuages over-activation of the EC system, which is a key factor behind weight gain.

This is how the pinnacle diet drug acomplia hones body and reduces extra fat.

One of the greatest challenges facing us here in the US continues to be obesity and general health issues that are associated with being overweight, which it seems more and more of our population is these days. Recent studies confirm that one of the reasons the American culture has such serious struggles with obesity and weight control is our inability to figure out when to stop eating.

In fact, when Americans were contrasted with another culture that is often touted for having one of the lowest obesity rates as well as less health issues associated with being overweight, the French, it was found that the French respond to different cues that tell them when to stop eating than Americans do.

Americans cited outside factors many times to determine when they were finished eating, whereas the French who were questioned cited internal cues, from their bodies, to determine when to stop eating.

Americans cited things like when their television show was over, or when their plate was empty, or everyone else was done eating, while the French commonly cited their cue as their level of satiety, whether they were full or not, and also whether they felt they needed to continue eating.

It is clear that listening to internal rather than external cues dramatically increases the likelihood that one will stop eating when their body has signaled it has had adequate “fuel” for the time being.

As you can see, those who felt more influenced by their external environments were more likely to keep chomping away, even if their bodies felt totally satisfied. It may also be that the different groups pace their eating differently. I, as an American, notice quite a few people who seem to eat very quickly, and this can really sabotage anyone’s attempts at weight control or weight loss.

Why? Well, because if you are eating at a pace faster than your body can signal the brain that it is full, you’ve passed your window of opportunity to stop eating while you’re actually satiated, and you will continue to eat past that point.

Yep, that’s the all too common occurrence we get where you feel like you’re busting at the seams from overeating. You’ve most likely either taken too little time to eat and not given your brain enough time to catch up, or you’ve ignored your “full” cues and kept on going.

I’ve done it many times myself, and often wonder what possessed me to keep eating beyond the point at which I felt “full”. Perhaps it was because the food just tasted too good, or, if I dug down even further, there is usually some external cues that are going on that influenced me.

Take for example Thanksgiving dinners and other settings where the American culture has made it almost “expected” that you stuff yourself silly. You may actually feel that it is abnormal to stop eating when satisfied in certain social situations, and those thought processes are precisely why our nation has a very hard time with controlling our weight.

Some of the best advice I ever got was to chew my food completely, and to make sure I savor and enjoy every bite. I was taught by example, thankfully, by my mother, who always ate very slowly, and who also incidentally happens to still be very trim in her mid fifties thanks to her common sense approach to eating.

I learned to eat slowly and enjoy the food, instead of “inhaling” it as some people would say. I feel this has greatly improved my weight control abilities because I notice that I’m much more attuned to when my body tells me it has had enough. I may not have cleaned my plate, but who cares if they are just excess calories my body will store as fat anyways?

Another good piece of advice is to use smaller plates, this way we are not filling up a larger plate, and that subconscious thought that we should clean our plates won’t sabotage our diets and make us eat larger amounts due to larger plates and servings.

If you’re really watching what you eat and want to control your portions, I have heard the suggestion that taking a teaspoon full of fiber may help you to eat less when taken about a half hour before a meal.

The fiber will expand in the stomach, leaving less room for food, and making you feel full faster, and consequently lowering your caloric intake. Many people say this is their favorite diet trick because it fools them into eating less.

You may want to avoid sugar substitutes in your diet. While this may seem counterintuitive, there is a lot of emerging evidence that sugar substitutes actually make us eat more in the long run because they do not satisfy our natural sugar cravings, they in fact increase our cravings for sugars and carbs.

Last but not least, try very hard not to watch your television while eating. There are numerous studies that show that people eat a lot more while sitting in front of their television than if they are sitting at the dinner table, because they are more likely to ignore their internal cues that they are full or satisfied.

So, sit at the table and have some good conversation at your next meal time. This creates a definite, set aside time for eating, which will help train you to listen to your internal cues better. Because it most likely will include conversation, it will also increase the time you have you mouth full, and give your brain more time to catch up with the cues being sent from the stomach.

Making The Changes We Need In-Depth NLP And The Ecology Check

Neuro Linguistic Programming NLP provides us with tools to make the changes that we want in our lives. It is used by coaches, hypnotists, therapists and others to help their clients, and by ordinary people to help their own self-improvement.

In-Depth NLP was developed by an NLP Master practitioner and Trainer, and a certified hypnosis trainer to combine the best of NLP and hypnosis, and is taught on our In-Depth NLP training courses here in New York.

This article discusses how the neuro linguistic programming Ecology Check is can be used in In-Depth NLP to make the changes that we need (and that our client needs). An example of the ecology check might be where a person decides to work harder to become more successful professionally, without considering the wider “ecological” aspects, such as the effect that working harder will have on their family life (seeing their wife and children less often).

The NLP Ecology Check is used to ensure that any changes we make (to ourselves or a client) will be beneficial overall. It is often applied by asking ourselves or our client questions such as:

• How will your life be different after you have made this change?

• What will you gain from if you make this change?

• What will you have to give up, or what will you lose, if you make this change?

• How will making this change affect other areas of your life?

Asking questions such as these indeed offers valuable information about how the change will affect me, or my client. In the example above, it may prompt me to notice that working harder will adversely affect my relationship with my wife and family.

However, I may not consider the change on a conscious level, and if we simply respond on a conscious level, or listen to the client’s answers, we may miss valuable communication from the unconscious mind.

The basis of In-Depth NLP is to communicate directly with the unconscious mind. If we are working with a client, this means we must become expert in noticing unconscious responses, which means becoming an expert hypnotist or attending an In-Depth NLP course or similar. If we are working with ourselves, it means becoming expert at listening to our own unconscious mind.

Using In-Depth NLP, as we ask the questions above, we listen and watch for unconscious response as well as simply the conscious verbal response. In order for this to be effective we must ensure that the unconscious mind has the opportunity to fully consider the question in a real-time basis. In order to do this, we should adapt the questions along the following lines:

• Imagine you have made this change and integrated it into your life. How will your life be different? What will you see, hear and feel as you notice these differences?

• As you notice these changes in your life, how will your life be better? What will you see, hear and feel that will tell you your life is better?

• As you notice these changes in your life, how will your life be worse? What will you see, hear and feel that will tell you your life is worse?

• Consider these questions as you think about all areas of your life now. See what you see, hear what you hear and feel what you feel in your home, with your family, with your friends, at work, in other areas of your life.

As you ask these questions of yourself, or your client, ensure that they are imagining being there in their future, having made the change. Ensure they are seeing out of their own eyes, hearing out of their own ears, and feeling what they will feel. As they go through this they will notice any unacceptable disadvantages of the change they plan to make.

Now it is possible that the client will still say that they want the change on a conscious level, even if the change is not ecological. However, as I fully experience what my family life will be like if I work more hours, my unconscious mind will begin to realize, and communicate, the adverse effect it will have, even if my conscious mind misses it.

Therefore we must be on the lookout for the unconscious mind to raise objections. How do we spot this unconscious response? It may manifest itself in various ways, the following are just examples of the more obvious:

• Change of tone in the voice

• Change in facial expression or coloration

• Change in posture

• Certain gestures.

Therefore being alert to the messages given by the unconscious mind allows us to more effectively use the ecology check In-Depth NLP.

People throughout the world are struggling to lose weight and to maintain their weight. They are trying and using all types of weight loss products and are joining one program after the other. There is now one such supplement that produces slow and consistent weight loss and it contains two natural ingredients Rhododendron Caucasicum and Rhodiola rosea.

People eat all kinds of processed fatty food and have very little activity or exercise. This is the formula for gaining pounds and becoming fatter. Your body is designed to collect and store fat so it can protect your organs from nutritional depletion. The bigger your organs become, the more your body tries to store fat. As you gain weight, you body is trying to protect your organs even more by increasing your appetite.

When you don’t have an exercise program you decrease your body’s ability to loss weight. This causes you to gaining more weight and you begin to lose the motivation to exercise. Then, when you start a diet program, your body will try to protect itself by slowing down your metabolism, causing you to become fatigue and tired quickly and making it real difficult for you to lose weight.

Digestive Enzymes

Fats are digested by pancreatic triglyceride lipase, which are enzymes excreted by the pancreas. These enzymes work in the intestinal wall of the duodenum. This lipase breaks down fat into small molecules - free fatty acids and monoacylglycerols - that can pass through the intestinal wall. When these pancreatic lipase enzymes are not present, fats are not digested and move into the colon where they combined with fecal matter and are excreted in bowel movements.

Scientists and clinical researchers have been studying how to block fat adsorption in the intestines. They have come out with a few drugs that are not recommended - Orlistat and Meridia. Orlistat, known as Xenical, is a drug that partially inhibits lipase action and thereby is considered a fat blocker. It has two known side effects - intestinal gas and poor bowel movement control. Since your body needs fat to maintain good health, fat blockers should only partial block your adsorption of fat to be considered an effective drug or natural product.

Another fat blocking drug is Meridia. It too has side effects - high blood pressure - and is not recommended. Rhododendron Caucasicum

Clinical research has shown that a natural product called Rhododendron Caucasicum extract, which comes from young spring leaves, is an effective partial fat blocker or lipase inhibitor. Studies at the Moscow State Hospital Center of Modern Medicine were performed on 132 volunteers that were given 150 mg of Rhododendron Caucasicum extract three times a day prior to eating. Feces examination showed that volunteers given Rhododendron had 15-20% more fat excretion than those who had a placebo.

The amount of weight loss using Rhododendron Caucasicum was 5 -10 lbs during the three month trail. Even though some may consider this a small amount of loss, it is important to lose weight slowly so that it is not regained and so that health can be maintained. Losing weight too fast can create high blood pressure and other health problems in the following years.

And, one other thing about Rhododendron Caucasicum, Japanese researchers found that a major ingredient in Rhododendron, taxifolins, stimulates fat release from adipose tissue.

Rhodiola rosea

Clinical trails with Rhodiola rosea show similar properties of Rhododendron Caucasicum. Tests show that together they provide a powerful combination to give you a safe weight loss supplement. This combination has been found to:

• Boost metabolism • Promote weight loss • Promote natural body fat burning • Increase energy levels In Russia, Rhodiola rosea and Rhododendron Caucasicum have been used to treat depression and anxiety for many years. Rhodiola rosea has been found to increase your serotonin levels giving you a feeling of well being. This could be an addition benefit for those of you that lack motivation or are depressed about your weight.

Losing the weights for weight loss

Whatever you read about acomplia and weight loss, there is one constant. Acomplia on its own cannot reduce your weight. It is designed to work alongside a low-calorie diet and physical exercise. So what kind of activity should people adopt? The idea of exercise for weight loss conjures up all kinds of different images. Although the main motivation for losing weight will be to improve overall health, body image grows in importance. Men tend to fantasise about pumping iron, harking back to their late teens when they were proud of their muscles. Underneath that bulging waistline lurks the old sixpack. The idea of weight training feels right. It will build up strength and endurance. They will feel like real men if they can bench press a few more pounds each visit to the gym. Women think about toning their muscles rather than going for the full Schwarzenegger look. This rules out the circuit training through several pieces of weight-training equipment and suggests aerobic exercise. Who is right? There are benefits to weight training but, on its own, it will do little to help you lose weight. The problem is that working out with weights is not usually aerobic. To be effective, the exercise must raise the heart rate significantly for not less than twenty minutes in any one session. The need is to burn calories, not to build muscular strength which, ironically, can cause a weight gain. Thus, either instead of weight training or alongside it, you should ride a bicycle, swim, jog or walk vigourously.

The aim is to burn more calories than you consume. With a low-calorie diet and acomplia to help you feel less hungry, you should lose weight quite quickly. One of the “weak” points when you are carrying more weight is the knee joint. The additional pressure can cause pain which makes you prefer the more static weight-training exercises. You need to discuss an exercise regime with someone who specialises in sports injuries. There are a number of exercises you can do which will help to strengthen the joint and reduce the pain. This involves stretching before and after exercise and perhaps wearing a brace while you exercise. If you are working out in a gym, make sure that you are using all the equipment properly. It may be useful to hire a personal trainer to learn a full range of exercises that will avoid any further damage to your knee. This means using the low-impact equipment of stationary bicycles, stair steppers, etc. working up to using a treadmill. Whatever you do, be realistic. You cannot suddenly break world records for endurance.

Begin with low levels of activity and only slowly increase the pace. If you start off too hard, you are likely to become stiff and sore. This will undermine your motivation. It may be a good idea to start off in a swimming pool. This builds up your strength without straining your knees although note that swimming itself is not a good way to lose weight. Once you have toned up your muscles, you can then begin a more serious course of aerobic exercise. In general, you should exercise at least three times a week. This, in combination with a reduction in the amount you eat, should see a real improvement in your health and a reduction of the risk of diabetes and heart disease. The most recent results from clinical trials shows people using acomplia losing visceral adipose fat and significantly improving the lipid levels in the blood stream. So reducing the carbohydrates in your diet and burning calories through aerobic exercise produces the optimum result for better health.
